2)Your DJ will conduct him/herself professionally at all times during your event. From the way we dress to what we say on the microphone you will be impressed.

4) We will help coordinate your entertainment from start to finish. Early set-up ensures everything sounds great. Our extensive experience enables you to relax and have fun.
5) Your phone calls or text messages will be answered by a live person in our home office or calls will be returned promptly if after business hours, during lunchtime, if we are working with another customer or on vacation.
6) We will do everything in our power to ensure you and your guests will have a great time. We don't just play the music, we give your guests an experience they won't forget without ever being cheezy or over the line.
7) Unless you cancel, Nothing...No accident, sickness, or negligence, Nothing relieves Exceptional Entertainment of its obligation to fulfill this contract by performing at your event. Nothing
